About Miss Confection

Miss Confection is a family kitchen with a passport. We’re a dad and his daughters who believe the best way to explore the world is one dessert at a time.

What we do

Every country — and many great cities, cafés and bakeries — has a dessert it is famous for. We research where each one comes from, bake it (and re-bake it) in our own kitchen until it’s right, and film the process so you can bake along.
